If magpoplot ka ng Fibonacci Retracement sa uptrend na yan sa chart, saan ka magsisimula and why?
A, B, C, D or E? Why?

Para may magandang learnings ay i will try and go through the answers and show them to you what they mean via chart.
Lowest Low Ang C
Few traders pointed out na magsisimula silang gumuhit ng Fibonacci Retracement nila sa pinakalow na price. They are aiming for the lowest of the lows and the highest of the highs pagdating sa pagplot ng retracement. They want to capture every price kaya sa extremes sila kukuha ng sukat.
C ang lowest price ang previous trend at ang lowest price ng uptrend na pinapakita sa chart.
Isipin mo na lang na nagkaroon ng civil unrest sa Davao, Cebu, Pangasinan, Leyte, Palawan, Batanes, at NCR. You deployed army and police mula Batanes hanggang Tawi-Tawi to cover all parts of the Philippines.
D Kasi Doon Nagchange Ang Character (CHOCH)
Yung BOS at CHOCH ay terms na gamit ng mahilig sa Inner Circle Trader (ICT). Lets discuss these terms briefly and as simple as possible.
BOS ay break of structure.
Ang simpleng term sa BOS ay breakout.
Hangat nagcocontinue ang downtrend ay gagawa at gagawa yan ng panibagong low. Everytime may bagong low ay break of structure yun. Everytime may bagong low ay breakout (breakdown ang term sa PSE kasi walang shorting pero sa global ay breakout lang ang meron. Either breakout paakyat or breakout pababa). As downtrend continues ay babasag ng babasag yun ng support or ng low. BOS yun. Hanggat nagcocontinue ang uptrend ay may bagong high na gagawin ang price. Babasag ng babasag ng resistance. Breakout after breakout. BOS ang tawag sa pagbasag ng high sa uptrend.
Ang CHOCH naman ay reversal. Change of character. Mula uptrend to sideways or to downtrend. Mula downtrend nagsideways or nag-uptrend. Mula sideways ay nag-uptrend or nagdowntrend. Everytime may reversal ay CHOCH ang tawag.
Yan ang simple na version ng pagpapaliwanag. You can do a deep dive sa ICT kung gusto mo but I laid out the simplest explanation para sa BOS at CHOCH.
D ang starting point ng Fibo Ret for some kasi doon ang last low bago nagshift ang trend mula sideways/range to uptrend.
May sumagot na D dahil ito ang may recent major Low before the uptrend began.
Recent major low kasi ang mga previous na low ay hindi major since low sila ng range or sideways na trend.
D din daw kasi sa D ang strong uptrend nagsimula.
D kasi swing low to swing high ang ginawa ng price.
D kasi siya ang responsible sa totoong market shift.
E Kasi Last Swing Point And Major Pivot
E kasi siya ang recent low.
E ang end ng swing high at lowest point bago mag-uptrend.
E kasi siya ang totoong low bago nagkastrong uptrend.
Di mo kailangan magdeploy ng army at pulis mula Batanes to Tawi-tawi kung iilang lugar lang ang may civil unrest. Doon ka lang sa mga lugar na yun magdeploy. Parang ganun.
My Answer:
Well, lets lay out the facts first about Fibonacci.
Maraming traders ang walang bilib sa kakayahan ng Fibonacci kasi wala naman connection ang Fibonacci Sequence at Ratio sa price movements.
1202 AD formally naintroduce ang Fibonacci Sequence sa math. Rabbit breeding ang problema sa sinosolve nito. Walang anuman na connection sa trading.
Fibonacci is used hindi dahil sa connection niya sa trading or sa price but dahil sa kanyang ratio. You take a price from point A to point B and divide them using fibonacci ratios. Yung mga levels na makukuha mo ay levels na pwede kang magtrade. They are not levels na kinakatakutan ng price or irerespect ng price. Tradeable levels lang siya.
In a way ay nagsisignify ang Fibonacci Retracement ng regression sa mean. Mula piso ay aakyat sa 10 pesos tapos magreretrace sa 5 pesos. How shallow or how deep ang regression na yun ay nakadepende sa price pero naipapakita ng Fibo better kasi may mga linya na nakalatag sa chart.
Some see the fractal nature ng market kaya they consider any extended move as a wave kaya in a way ay tool ang Fibo para sumukat sa mga waves na gawa ng price.
So, saan ka dapat magsisimula sa chart na ito?
The answer is any of those letters.
They can all be a starting point depende sayo.
Yes, I’m saying that Fibo Retracemment plotting is very subjective.
Yan din ang reason bakit may iba’t-ibang sagot sa comments.
You can start sa A kung sa point of view mo ay yun ang low na significant kasi siya ang unang low kung saan nagkaroon ng bounce after a long downtrend.
You can start sa B kung sa tingin mo yun ang low na mas better.
You can plot sa C kung sa tingin mo yun ang pinakalowest point.
You can plot sa D kung sa tingin mo yun ang low na nagsimula ng uptrend.
You can plot sa E kung sa tingin mo yun ang real na uptrend at iignore mo ang previous na mga lows.
If you plot all those lows ay may levels na uupuan ng price na masasabi mong nagmimkae sense.
Subjective sa user kung aling swing low or lowest low ng trend ang gagawin niyang starting point. Lahat ng sagot ay tama but ang idedeclare na winner ay yung mga sumagot ng lahat na letters ay pwedeng gawin na starting point sa Fibo Retracement.
