FRUIT Stock Trade Dissection: Different Ways to Profit from a Reversal

Overall PSE market is down currently which means one thing.

I will share some good reversal trading strategies, tactics and tips sa blog na ito.

Let’s dissect the chart of FRUIT.

Kung keen observer ka ay makikita mo na agad unang tingin pa lang yung mga trend changes sa chart ni FRUIT.

Let me highlight it with different colors and let me put some labels on it.

Mula mahabang downtrend ay nagrange siya then nag-uptrend.

Yung hanap mo na reversal ay any reversal na nag-iinlvolve ng uptrend. It can be a shift mula downtrend to uptrend which will form a V-shape reversal or range to uptrend na nagmumukhang baliktad na pagkasulat ng L.

Yan lang ang hanap mo na reversal kasi ang PSE ay “long-only” na market as of now. Pwede ka lang bumili or maglong at di ka pa pwede magshort as of writing.

Balik tayo kay FRUIT. May downtrend, nagrange at nag-uptrend.

Let us focus between range and uptrend na area kasi yun ang area kung saan maganda umentry.

Our first strategy ay chart pattern.

Latag natin ulit ang chart ni FRUIT and see what patterns are there.

May nagpakitang triple bottom.

Heto ang entry at stoploss ng triple bottom pattern.

Kung may nakita kang triple syempre may double bottom din na pattern.

Entries and cutloss points of these two are pretty much similar.

Breakout sa neckline ang entry at below the right most bottom ang cutloss point.

Next ay Support and Resistance na reversal.

Hanapin mo lang ang support and resistance level na may pinakamaraming nagtouch na prices at naghold then draw a horizontal line.

Ang entry ay nasa break ng resistance at ang cutloss or stoploss ay below the support.

Ang last one ay BABY 2.0 strategy reversal.

Nagbigay ng entry ang BABY 2.0 kay FRUIT and if you entered ay gain ka na so far. I used this strategy.

So far ay around 60,000 pesos na ang profit ko kay FRUIT.
