SCC And DMC Gap Down And Massive Sell-off! (What Happened?)
Kung kelan nagrebound ang mga bluechip stocks ay doon naman bigla na lang nagkagap down at massive sell-off ang SCC at DMC.
Ang tanong ay WHY?
Well…heto ang sagot!
SEMIRARA MINING and Power Corp. posted a 53% year-on-year decline in third-quarter net income to P1.48 billion, as weaker global coal and electricity prices offset higher production and sales volumes. Mainly due to weaker coal and electricity prices and higher production-related costs

Should You Worry?
Well, I don’t think so.
I’m not saying na hindi na babagsak further nag prices ni SCC at DMC but if you look at their charts ay makikita mo na nasa DNA na nila yung mga gap down at massive sellf-off.
Nangyayare siya kapag bumabagsak ang earnings or right after ng ex-date for dividends.
It slowly goes back up din naman.
SCC and DMC ay mga uri ng stocks kung saan pinupwestuhan ng mga investors para sa dividends.
That is not going to change or go away soon.
We shall see if may bounce ba na mangyayare or further decline pa.
