How To Abuse Any Correlated Pairs! (Magical Trading Style)
May mga pairs na correlated.
GBP/USD and EUR/USD ay example ng correlated pairs.
Correlated in the sense na kapag umaakyat si GBP/USD ay umaakyat din si EUR/USD.
Kapag bumabagsak si EUR/USD ay bumabagsak din si GBP/USD.
Can you abuse this correlation?
Pwede ka kayang maglagay ng short order sa EUR/USD na may stoploss na 15 pips at TP na 25 pips at isang long order sa GBP/USD with a stoploss of 15 pips at TP na 25 pips at hayaan mong mahit ang TP ng isa at kumita ka ng tiba-tiba sa isa?
Kapag umakyat ang price ay mahihit ang stoploss ng isa pero tiba-tiba ka naman sa isa.
Smart move ba?
Yayaman ka ba sa ganito?
I have a good news and a bad news.
Ang good news ay kapag natry mo ito ay malelearn mo ang lesson ang correlation first hand and you will be smarter.
Ang bad news ay mahihit lang ang stoploss mo sa dalwang pairs na yan.
Well, two things.
Una, yes may mga correlated pairs but they do not always move in the same direction. Hindi every time na aakyat ang EUR/USD ay aakyat din ang GBP/USD. They do happen pero betting your money na they will work all the time is foolish.
Secondly, prices do not go up straight or go down straight. Akyat baba ang price. Paano kung ihit niya ang stoploss mo sa long mo na position tapos ihit niya din ang stoploss mo sa short mo na position bago tuluyang umakyat or bumaba man. Doble talo ka.
Marami na ang gumawa ng ganyan a long long time ago and proven na yan na hindi nagwowork. Nakakachamba pero eventually ay hindi nagwowork.
May unpredictability kasi ang market talaga na di mo pwedeng dayain.
