Kapag sa PSE ka ang alam mo lang ay buy at sell.
The moment na magtry ka na sa ibang markets mapa Crytpto, Forex or US Stocks man yan ay may tinatawag na Long at Short.
Yung long ay simpleng pagbili ng stocks, coins, forex pair or any asset.
Same yan sa ginagawa mo sa PSE.
Yung pera mo (cash) binibili mo ng stocks.
Kaya palagi mong maririnig na “walang shorting” sa PSE.
Puro lang long.
Bumibili ka ng stock at umaasa na aumakyat ang price.
Long position yun.
Ano ang short or shorting?
Shorting is borrowing a security (stock,coin, or forex pair) whose price you think is going to fall from your brokerage and selling it on the open market.
If baguhan ka ay nakakaconfuse ang definition.
Bumibili ka sa long ng asset na sa tingin mo aakyat. Kapag umakyat ay kikita ka.
Humihiram ka sa short ng asset na sa tingin mo babagsak at kapag bumagsak ay kikita ka.
