Anyare Kay MEG?
A week ago ay may mga blogs ako about dillution.
Nakatutok lang palagi ang karamihan sa earnings, book value at new projects na hindi na nila napapansin kung yung investments nila ay ganun pa din ba ang value or hindi na.
To have more idea about what I’m talking about ay basahin mo ito.
Lets talk about MEG.
Naglabas ng disclosure si MEG na mag-iincrease ito ng Authorized Capital Stock.
May blog ako about authorized capital stock noon. Hanapin mo na lang at basahin kung nais mo mas maipaliwanag ang ACS.
Nag-increase ng ACS si MEG.
Why? Para saan?

Yung dillution ay di mo pansin unless it happens to you.
Yung akala mong pizza na apat lang kayong naghahati ay pwede pa lang hatiin pa sa sampu.
Right ng isang company magtaas ng ACS or magbenta ng mga secondary shares.
Kaya nga sila nagpalista sa stock market para may pagkukunan sila ng capital paulit-ulit.
Kung hindi mo alam na pwedeng madillute ang shares mo ay hindi problema ng stock or ng company yun. Its your ignorance that has betrayed you.
Sa isang banda ay may dillution. Sa isang banda naman ay may pangfinance na naman ng mga future projects.
Maybe this is good. Maybe this is bad.
Makikita mo yan sa irereact ng market.
