Fibonacci Retracement tool is one of the most popular tools used in trading.

You can plot it on uptrending prices or downtrending prices.

Sa uptrend, ang hanap mo ay retracements kung saan ka eentry bago magresume akyat.

Sa downtrend naman ang hanap mo ay areas kung saan pwede kang pumasok for a possible bounce bago ito bumagsak ulit.

You plot from high to low sa downtrend at low to high sa uptrend.

Lets take APX as an example.

If yung high na naidentify mo noon ay yung high noong 2021 at ang low na naidentify mo ay ang low ng 2022, It would look like this.

This is assuming na nakita mo si APX noon pa bago pa ito umakyat. Nasa downtrend pa ang APX nito.

If you plot fibonacci ay maraming opportunities kang nakita kung saan nagbounce ang price as it goes down until eventually ay umakyat ito..

Kung late ka na at recently mo lang nakita si APX ay iba na ang high at low mo na makikita mo.

You can plot it using your new highs and lows.

As you can see ay may mga areas kung saan pupwedeng magretrace ang price bago umakyat.

WHen using Fibonacci Retracement tool ay mahalaga na maintindihan mo na SUBJECTIVE ito na tool.

You can have your own high and lows. Pwedeng sa wick at pwede rin sa body mo iplot.

Yung high na nakita mo might not be the same high na nakikita ng iba and the same goes sa low.

Subjective na tool ito na nakarely sa eye ng user.

Ang main idea ng fibo ay hanapin ang extreme points ng price at hatiin ito sa mga levels.

Those levels presents areas kung saan pwede umupo at magbounce ang price.

Price pa din ang masusunod. Hindi ibig sabihin na nagplot ka ng fibo ay irerespect ng price ang inaakala mo na strong levels.

Walang strong levels sa fibo. Lahat ng levels ay pwedeng mabreak if gugustuhin ni market or ng price.
