Are Oscillators Reliable In Trading?

“Are oscillators reliable in trading?”

Example ng mga oscillators are rsi, stochastics, macd at iba pa.

Kaya oscillators ang tawag kasi they move up and down on a certain limits.

Kadalasan ay 0-100. Akyat baba sila mula 0 to 100.

Oscillators are reliable. You can rely on them to do what they made for.

RSI is made para ipakita ang speed at change sa price movements. 

Reliable siya to show yung speed at change sa price movements.

Kung ginagamit mo ang RSI as sell signal kapag overbought ito at buy signal kapag oversold then ikaw ang may mali.

Hindi ganun ang RSI. Overbought simply tells you na mas maraming days na green or gain nagclose ang price. Oversold simply tells you na mas maraming days na red or at a loss nagclose ang price.

Most traders especially newbies use overbought and oversold as entries and exits dahil yung ang easiest na paraan.

Abang ka lang sa RSI 70 then sell. Abang ka lang sa RSI 30 then buy.

No brainer!

Madali pero hindi ganun ang gamit ng RSI. It can tell you if overbought or oversold na ang isang asset pero hindi siya magsasabi or wala siyang capability magsabi na its buy time or its sell time.

I often hear traders complain about not having “enough” capital or complain of having “small” capital sa trading kaya sila hindi kumikita.

Well, MIDAS TOUCH had to do something to prove those traders wrong.
