Better Than Price Action!

Price action is one of the most used tool in trading sa mga market na liquid at fast-paced.

You based your trading decisions sa galaw ng price.

For 10 days ay steady decline ang price mula 100 pesos papuntang 50 pesos. On the 11th day, di na bumaba ang price at nagclose ito sa 53 pesos. The next day ay umangat ang price sa 61 pesos.

You will see all kinds of successful bounce and reversal patterns.

Ganyan mag isip ang karamihan sa traders.

They look for price action.

Yung iba gumagamit ng indicator along with price action while yung iba naman pure price action.

Now, I will introduce an idea.

Di mo need maniwala. Di mo need sundin. Just keep an open mind.

Yung price action sa taas is a good example of a bounce or a reversal.

But….

Believe it or not na kahit gaano kaganda ng price action without volume ay useless siya.

Bumagsak sa 50 pesos mula 100 pesos. Nagbounce or nagreverse papuntang 61.

Ang volume eh1000 shares.

Successful pa din ba na trade yun?

Diba hindi?

Now, ano mas mahalaga? Price action pa din ba?

Price action is useless without volume.

Think about all na nalearn mo.

Fibonacci.

Elliot Wave.

Darvas Box.

Candlestick Patterns.

Without volume ay useless yan lahat.
