Lets talk about Bullish Pennant.
Ito ay isang continuation pattern which means kung ano ang previous direction na price ay yun din ang direction na pupuntahan ng pattern na ito. Hindi siya reversal.
Dalawa lang naman ang general criteria ng mga patterns. Either continuation or reverssal.
Sa case ng Pennant ay continuation siya. Since bullish pennant siya edi bullish continuation.
Pennant sa tagalog ay banderola or banderitas.
It looks like this kay ACEN.
Dalawang bagay lang ang dapat mong tandaan sa Bullish Pennant.
Entry at Cutloss.
Entry mo ay nasa breakout ng upper line (resistance) ng Pennant.
Cutloss or stoploss mo ay breakdown ng lower line (support) ng Pennant.
Yan lang ang kailangan mong tandaan at yan lang din ang mapapakinabangan mo sa kanya kasi ng continuation pattern siya.
Yung proper exit mo ay gagamitan mo ng ibang patterns or maglalagay ka ng “target” kasi ang main idea ng pennant ay maihahalintulad mo sa pullback kung saan temporary na nag against sa trend ang price then tumuloy din. Nagbigay lang ng chance na makasakay ang iba.
“Abang at sakay sa pullback,” ika nga ng mga traders.
