Buy 52-Week Low, Sell 52-Week High!
I received an email asking if it would be a good strategy na bumili ng stocks na nasa 52 week low at magbenta pag nag 52 week high na ang mga ito.
This is another version of buy low, sell high strategy.
Yung mga ganito na strategy at thinking ay para lang sa mga newbies na naghahanap ng simple approach sa trading.
You buy stocks with 52-week low price and sell those that are on its 52-week high price.
Wala ka nang iisipin pa.
Hindi mo na kailangan aralin ang trading. Hindi mo na kailangan aralin paano gumagalaw ang price. Hindi mo na kailangan ng trading experience.
Bili ka lang sa 52-week low at benta sa 52-week high.
This is a good strategy IF….
Pagdating ng 52-week low ay hindi na babagsak pa ang price.
Kung may 52-week low limit ang mga stock ay magandang strategy ito.
The problem is walang ganun sa market.
Those stocks na nasa 52-week lows ay pwedeng gumawa ulit ng another 52-week lows na mas lower.
Ito yung approach na susunog sa port mo.
Simple yet very dangerous.
I think most traders fail dahil they are not trying to understand how stock market or any market works. They just want a simple approach. Yung di sila mahihirapan. Tipong lalagay lang sila ng pera at magically tutubo na without going through a process and growth.
