Can You Visually See It? (Visualization Skills in Trading)

I will show you two stocks and you tell me kung alin sa tingin mo ang better sa dalawa.
Game?
Stock A
Mataas ang income ng stock A this year compared last year.
May bagong investors na naglagay ng pera.
May fresh funds from sale of an asset.
Maraming bagong projects.
May stable na management team in place na nagpapatakbo ng negosyo.
Stock B
Wala kang idea sa negosyo ni stock B.
Hindi mo alam kung kumikita ba ito or not.
Hindi mo alam sino ang mga nagpapatakbo ng negosyo nito.
All you have is this chart.
Alin Ang Better?
Stock A sounds good.
Stock B looks good.
Si stock B ay alam mong umaakyat kasi kita mo ang prices niya sa chart.
Si stock A ay hindi mo pa alam kung umaakyat ba ang price or not but alam mo na maganda ang earnings, projects at management ng stock na yun.
Para kumita ka ng pera sa stock market ay dapat mas mura mo nabili ang stock kesa sa price kung saan ka nagbenta.
Yan lang ang only rule.
Hindi requirement na dapat may good management, may maganda na earnings at may magagandang upcoming project ang isang stock.
To be able to see how the stock price is doing ay kailangan mo ng chart.
You can visually identify kung umaakyat ba or bumabagsak ang prce through charts.
Yung pag-akyat at pagbaba ng earnings ng isang stock ay hindi palaging correlated sa galaw ng price niya.
As a matter of fact ay heto ang chart ni stock A.
Maganda earnings, management at future projects pero bumabagsak ang price.
You will only see that sa chart.
You need to visually identify what is going on sa price para maging effective ang decision-making mo sa trading.
Kaya may mga successful na traders at meron naman mga traders na halos over 50 percent na ng port nila ay paper loss.
