One of the most common mistakes a trader often make is that they observe their position via quote screen instead of chart screen.

Seeing the live action of the bidders and the sellers gives you that feeling of excitement, but it also triggers a lot of emotions within you that more often than not ay nagliliead sa mga unnecessary trading decisions.

The moment na may mga naglagay ng malalaking orders sa sell side or may nagbuhos ng konti ay natitrigger ang fear nila at kadalasan napapaexit sila sa positions nila prematurely kahit wala pa naman talagang exit signal.

The same goes kapag dumami ang buyers. Napapadagdag sila sa positions nila kahit hindi naman yun part ng plan nila.

May mga traders pa na ginagawang play by play ang galaw ng price na parang boxing match.

“Yan basag na ang 5 pesos. Next na baabsagin ay 5.5 pesos!”

Kinakain sila ng emotions nila na hindi nila alam.
