DITO cancelled its SRO due to unfavorable market condition.

ACEN and ACEX both announced/disclosed that they too cancelled property-for-share swap between them and ENEX.

It’s a deal between ACEN and ACEX.

Sa surface mukhang malayo at nagcoconnect but if you look closer ay mafifigure out mo na kailangan din nila magkaroon ng SRO after the deal and they already have plans for it at 10 pesos per share ata.

Now, its a little bit puzzling to me why there are no newspaper articles na naglalabasan gaya nung nangyare kay DITO na inabot yata mahigit sampu na article ang lumabas mula sa failed transaction ng DITO papunta sa mga utang nito and so on and so forth.

Walang mga nagtutulong tulong magprotest.

Well, I do not know bakit ganyan but if may lesson kayo na dapat mapick up ay ito yun.

A company or a stock has the right to cancel an FOO or an SRO kapag hindi mameet ang demand or ang pera na target nila.

Yan ang important na lesson doon kasi ang FOO at SRO ay ginagawa mainly para magkafund ang company.

May mga special circumstances na bihira gaya nung sa PHES na for the purpose dumami hawak na shares ng company which nadiscuss ko na rin nakaraan at meron din dahil sa float requirement.

Full disclosure I have no DITO shares and I do not plan on buying one unless pumasok sa trading strategy ko. I just want to educate, inform and maybe ask for ideas sa mga holders.
