$DITO: It Is Not Looking Good!
DITO disclosed those who are behind the “unrelated third party subscriber.”
Summit Telco Corp. Pte. Ltd. was the buyer of 1.59 billion shares.
Xterra Ventures Pte. Ltd. were the buyer of the 610 million shares.
“Binili sa piso!”
“Dilluted ang existing shareholders!”
Huge private buyers usually gets a discount. This is nothing new.
Lahat na may nagpaprivate placement ay ganito talaga.
SPNEC gave MPI a discount as well.
Nung kay DITO na ay biglang “ohhh shocking” despite the fact na hindi ito ang first time na nagbenta sila on a discount. Some years ago ay bumili ang Loden Infra Technologies Ltd. ng 35 Million shares sa halagang 8 pesos per share while DITO shares was trading close to 9 pesos.
The “dillution” and “discount” argument is getting old.
Marami pang fund-raising activities na gagawin si DITO.
Kung shareholder ka ay dapat ikatuwa mo ito kasi they are looking for ways na mafund ang negosyo nila which is a very capital-intensive business.
Umuutang nga ang GLO at TEL na giants na sa negosyo na ito yun pa kayang new player.
ITS NOT LOOKING GOOD sayo ang ganito na mga move kapag isa ka sa competitor ni DITO or isa ka sa me ayaw kay DITO kasi instead magstand still ay gumagawa sila ng paraan to fund their business.
