Una sa lahat ay walang kapangyarehan ang RSI or any indicator na magpredict ng future.
Overbought level simply tells you na for the past few days or weeks ay mas marami ang times na nagclose ang price higher than nag open ito meaning mas mas marami ang bumili sa higher price.
Yung fear sa overbought is just ignorance.
You need to dig deep kung ano ba talaga sinusukat ng RSI para mas maintindihan mo ano sinasabi ng mga levels nito.
If ang isang stock ay panay akyat ay talagang magooverbought yung RSI niyan.
This is where having a good trading system or strategy comes in.
Kung may maayos ka na strategy ay di ka confused on what to do.
Let’s take Baby 2.0 for example.
Over 100 percent gain na ang mga users nito.
Wala pang exit signal so they are holding.
It does not matter kung ano meron sa RSI or ano meron sa news.
Once magkaroon lang ng sell signal or “magbenta” ay saka lang sila eexit.
