Haunted By His Past Trades
Sa isa sa mga live sessions namin ay may isang student kami na may problema sa past trades niya.
May isang trade siya kung saan yung malaking profit niya ay hinayaan niya and it turned into a loss.
Natulog siya na may malaking profit siya then pag gising niya ay naging loss na yung na yung profit niya na yun. What’s worse ay instead irespect ang exit niya ay niremove niya ito then nag-add pa ng positions. The market moved hard against him which resulted in him burning 75% of his capital.
He added capital at nagtrade ulit. Ang problema niya ngayon ay every time may profit na siya ay iniexit niya na agad. Ayaw niyang maulit ulit yung experience niya. May isang trade siya na naexit niya ang profit at natulog. Nung gumising siya ay nakita niya na kung hindi niya naexit yung trade niya na yun at sumunod lang siya sa proper strategy niya ay best profit na niya yun in this decade sana.
He was floored. Sobrang down na down siya. He is being haunted by his past trades to the point na yun lang ang bumabalik palagi sa mind niya.
May mga traders talaga na ganito ang experience.
Hinahaunt sila ng mga past trades nila or past mistakes nila na hindi sila makamove forward.
Let me tell you what I told him.
Despite na iisang market or the same market ang tinitrade mo at minsan the same asset ang tinitrade mo, bawat trade mo ay independent sa isa’t isa.
You buy stock A at this level then umakyat siya. The next time you buy stock A at that level ay hindi ibig sabihin na ganun ulit ang mangyayare.
Ikaw lang ang gumagawa ng connection.
Yung profit mo naging loss. Akala mo lahat ng profit ay ganun na.
Bawat trade ay unique.
May trades na profit na naging loss pa. May trades na loss na naging profit pa. May trades na kung kailan ka umexit saka umakyat. May trades na after mo umexit ay bumulusok ng sobra.
Wag mong gawan ng connection ang bawat trade mo.
Each trade is different.
Bawat trade mo ay may chance kang manalo at may chance kang matalo.
Focus on execution and let the market decide the outcome of your trades.
Respect mo lang anuman ang outcome ang ibigay ni market at wag kang panay “sayang” or “I could have done this or done that.”
Respect the outcome and move on sa next trade.
