Tipong may 500,000 pesos or may over 1 Million pesos sila na capital.
They feel proud of being well capitalized.
Pinapasok nila ang trading thinking na they have an edge over others kasi mas malaki ang capital nila.
They can buy more shares and trade bigger sizes.
It won’t take long for them to realize na yung 500,000 pesos nila or yung 1 million pesos nila can easily become 50,000 pesos.
Hindi labanan ng capital ang trading.
You can have 50,000 pesos as starting capital and get wiped out as well as you can have 1 Million pesos starting capital and get wiped out.
Magmamatter lang ang capital mo kapag tama na ang trading approach mo kasi mas tatagal ang pera mo compared sa ibang may maliliit na capital if you can both take the same small losses on every trade.
