May tamang approach sa trading.

Kung stuck ka lang sa “technical analysis vs fundamental analysis” na idea ay sobrang layo mo pa sa success and maybe yan ang reason bakit hindi ka nag iimprove ang trading career mo.

Hindi lang sa dalawang type ng analysis na yan umiikot ang trading.

I use technical analysis kasi it simplifies everything.

Yung traded prices ay nakahanay na sa chart. Makikita mo ang history ng prices at pwede kang magdecide kung ano ang gagawin mo based sa information na nasa harapan mo.

Kung panay akyat ng price sa loob ng one week ay makikita mo ito sa chart then makakagawa ka ng decision based on it.

Pwede mong pasukin if sa tingin mo aakyat pa. You go long.

Pwede mong ishort kung sa tingin mo babagsak na.

Kapag pinasok mo ay dapat may stoploss ka. A price for you to exit kasi hindi umayon sa inaakala mong move yung move na ginawa ng price.

Technical analysis simplifies your trading decisions.

Most of the time yung nagsasabi na hindi gumagana ang technical analysis ay mali yung trading approach na gamit nito sa trading.

Yung technical analysis ay tool lang yan. It will just give you information at most ng informations na ibibigay niyan sayo ay derived mula sa price, volume at time.

What you do with that information and how you approach your trade is a different beast.

I never say fundamental analysis do not work. If that works for you then go use that.

Technical and Fundamental analysis are just types of analysis. They do not predict anything. They do not tell the future. Tools lang yan sila.

Technical analysis may not work for you but it does for me and I’m happy with it.
