Indicator Na Pamalit Sa RSI!
Andaming nag-eemail sa amin about RSI since my last blog about it at doon sa RSI Divergence.
I will show you an indicator na mas better sa RSI and I will explain why siya better.
Before we go to that lesson ay let me proudly present to you our first ever TDSI Millionaire!

Let us talk about RSI.
RSI ay isa sa pinakapopular na indicator among technical traders.
Sinusukat nito ang bilis ng change sa price.
RSI is all about the price.
Ke 10 trades or 100 trades ay walang paki si RSI kasi nasa price lang siya nakatutok. Ke 100,000 shares ang volume or 100 Million ay the same lang kay RSI. Ang nagmamatter sa kanya ay gaano kabilis umakyat or bumagsak ang price.
Kaya nakakakita ka ng mga walang volume pero oversold or overbought kay RSI. Tipong illiquid pero umooverbough at umooversold dahil speed ng price change lang sinusukat ng RSI.
Kung nais mo yung parang RSI din pero kinoconsider ang volume ay let me introduce you sa MFI or Money Flow Index.
Bigyan kita example.
Take a look at HVN.
15 shares lang ang volume niya.
If you plot RSI sa kanya ay overbought ang ipapakita ni RSI kasi kahit walang volume ay umaakyat ang price ni HVN ng mabilis.
If you plot MFI ay makikita mo ang difference nila ni RSI.
Sa mga may heavy volume na stock ay hindi nagkakalayo si RSI at MFI.
Take PLUS for example.
May 27 Million plus na volume si PLUS with 362 Million pesos na traded value.
As you can see ay hindi nagkakalayo ang RSI at MFI.
Instead of RSI ay pwede mong gamitin ang MFI.
