That is easier said than done.

Na kailangan mo ng isang trading plan bilang isang trader.

Let me teach you the basic steps in creating a very good trading plan.

Step 1

Find great stocks, currency pair or crypto coin na pasok sa strategy mo.

Filter them into the best of the best and call that your watchlist.

Step 2

Enter those that are on your watchlist.

Enter following your entry as per your strategy.

Step 3

Make an emergency exit points once things do not go as planned.

Call this one your cutloss point or stoploss points.

Step 4

Follow your strategy’s exit if the trade go your way.

Market’s Plan

Traders often create a trading plan based on entry, cutloss and proper exit.

They create a plan and expect market to respect it.

Akala nila ay kapag may plan ka ay okay na yun.

This type of approach is acceptable kapag nagtitrade ka ng mga less than a year or a year pa lang.

Kapag nagtitrade ka na ng over a year ay marerealize mo na yung ganitong approach ay good in theory but does not work well sa live trading.

Why?

Kasi oftentimes market has its own plan.

Your trading plan is great sa expected mo na scenario.

If tumuloy ay eexit ka sa proper exit. If hindi tumuloy at nagreverse ay eexit ka through your cutloss point.

Paano ngayon kung tumuloy siya tapos nagreverse tapos tumuloy ulit?

Ano ang gagawin mo? Imomove mo ba cutloss point mo?

Paano naman ngayon kung nagreverse pero konti lang at di abot ang stoploss mo tapos nagstay doon sa level na yun for a month?

Panno naman kapag tumuloy ang price sa direction na expected mo for a week then nagreverse pabalik sa average mo then tumuloy ulit sa original niya na direction?

Ano gagawin mo? Mag add ka ba sa average mo? Bebenta ka ba ng breakeven?

Ang sagot sa mga tanong na yan ay tinatawag na TRADE MANAGEMENT.

Market will give you a million different situations and scenarios.

Your trading plan is only prepared to handle two scenarios.

One, is cut your losses kapag bumaliktad ang trade and the other is proper exit kapag umayon sayo ang trade.

The rest na mga scenario sa trading ay ganito na gagawin mo.
