Nauuso yung idea na you can live off the dividends of your investments sa mga trading at investing community.
You will often hear “lagay mo na lang sa dividend stock ang pera mo and live off your dividends” mula sa iba and at first ay sobrang sound na advice niyan.
The moment na maitry mo ng isang taon ay doon mo pa lang marerealize na it’s not the way you have imagined.
The only people living of their dividends are the people that has the amount of money na kahit wala silang dividend ay makakalive off sila off any low-risk investment.

Ang pinakafunny pa nito ay mga dividend stocks pa sa Pilipinas ang nahahype to be a vehicle to live off on.
Di hamak na mas malaki ang dividends ng mga US stocks kung dividends lang naman ang usapan.
