$MPI Delisting Dilemma Explained: Sell Or Hold?

Bakit ba nag IPO ang MPI?

Nag IPO sila dahil they needed and wanted money. IPO is one way to raise fresh capital. You list your company and sell some of your shares in exchange for cash.

Walang nag IPO para payamanin ang traders or new investors.

They went public to raise money.

Now, I know some of you reading this blog ay nag-iisip na di ito related kasi that was years ago.

“Pake ko sa IPO eh delisting naman pinag-uusapan dito anlayo naman niyan.”

As a trader or investor ay we often look to make money off on our trades and investments. Ganun din ang mga companies behind each stock especially MPI.

Kaya nga majority ang nagdecide na ipadelist ang MPI. Its not just one or two guys sa company but majority shareholders. They went to stock market to raise money to grow their business yet walang significant growth pagdating sa share price nila. Add mo pa doon na madami silang rules na need ifollow ehile being listed.

Sa mga traders na nagsasabing ihold nila muna ang shares dahil baka magbago isip ng MPI or baka di na ituloy ang pagdedelist. I think this video from ANC will really change your mind.
