MPI SAGA: The Info You Might Need Is Here!
I made some MPI blogs some weeks ago and nagkaroon na naman ng bagong update kay MPI.
Before I go there ay let me ask you muna an important question.
Ano ang gagawin mo kapag kumita ka ng 1.5 Million pesos sa isang araw na trade?

Tamang trading approach!
This is not a onetime thing. Let me show you kung ano ang naidudulot ng tamang trading approach.

Last week ay kumita ako ng 1.7 Million pesos.
Nakawithdraw ng 2.8 Million pesos galing sa kinita ko last week at mga nagdaan na weeks.
This week naman ay I ended the week with 1.1 Million pesos na unrealized gain.
Unrealized kasi wala pang exit signal.
You can do this too. Kailangan mo lang matutunan paano magtrade at mag approach sa trading ng tama.

Now, let us talk about MPI.
Mula 1.63 pesos na tender offer ay ginawang 5.20 pesos na as per their latest disclosure.
Tumaas ng konti but still below sa mga “fair value” ng karamihan na brokers.
The 5.20 pesos is a take it or leave it offer ng MPI kasi ayun sa kanila ay final offer price na nila talaga yun.
As I write this ay close to 5 pesos na ang price ni MPI dahil nag gap up ito nung open.
I’m a trader who really trades our market kaya may idea ako sa mga tanong na nasa isipan ng mga newbies ngayon na may MPI shares.
Let us tackle those.
So, derektang tanong, kailan madedelist si MPI?
Hindi pa alam kung kailan exactly pero sa AUGUST 8 ay magkakaroon ng special stockholder’s meeting kung saan they will vote on MPI’s delisting.
If all goes well at magkaroon ng approval ay sisimulan na agad ang process. Yung tender offer normally last 2-3 weeks or mga 20 days so may enough time ka para maavail ito.
Paano maavail? Sa broker mo ay may lalabas yan na information.
Sa COL ay kadalasan dito nag aappear yan.
“Kung bibili ako ngayon at magbebenta sa TO ay kikita ba ako?”
It might not be much kasi more or less nasa 3 percent na lang mula sa price niya ngayon papuntang tender offer price niya less transaction fees but kikita ka as long na ihold mo ang shares mo until magkaroon ng tender offer.
“May chance ba na di matuloy ang delisting?”
Lahat ng bagay ay may chance or may possibility pero sa case na ito ni MPI ay slim ang chance kasi they really want to delist MPI that they even increased the tender offer price.
“Paano kung hindi ko ibenta?”
Hassle magbenta on your own after the stock has been delisted. Doable pero hindi worth it ang hassle. Even mga brokers ay naghahighly suggest na you avail the tender offer.
“Sino papalit kay MPI sa index?”
Heavy favorite si BLOOM na papalit kay MPI.
I’m not a fan of predictions at assumptions kaya yung opinion ko dito ay “I don’t know.”
Wait and see na lang kung sino ang ipapalit nila.
Most kasi ng traders or yung crowd ay nag-iisip din kung sino ang papalit kay MPI at most gusto din sumakay thinking na sila lang nakakaisip ng ganun. Haha!
I would never buy a stock dahil lang “baka siya ang papalit sa madedelist.”
That’s just me kasi I trade based on technicals.
