Mutual Fund: Alam Mo Ba Ang Sales Load?
Sales load ay fee na pinapabayaran sayo ng mutual fund tuwing ikaw ay nag-iinvest.
May dalawang uri ng sales load. May front-end at may back-end.
Front-end ay magbabayad ka every time naglalagay ka ng pera. Back-end naman ay magbabayad ka every time nagwiwithdraw ka ng pera.
Yung mga fees ay nagrerange sa 1 percent papuntang 5 percent depende sa mutual fund company at type na kinuha mo.

Sales load ay isa lang sa fees kasi may mga management fees pa and others yan depende sa company at type ng fund na napili mo.

Lets say naglagay ka ng pera for 5 years. Look at the 5 year return.
Negative diba? Now, think about the sales load alone.
Negative ang return mo pero you pay a fee. Hindi naman one time fee lang yung sales load kasi depende yan kung front-end or back end. Plus pa yung ibang fees.
So kung loss ang investment mo ng kahit lets say 2 percent lang per year tapos nagbabayad ka pa ng fees…

So, idea lang yan. Depende sayo paano mo itake.
Mutual fund exist dahil sa fees kasi yan ang nagpapatakbo sa kanila.
Pambayad renta, tauhan, etc.
Its the price you pay for letting other manage your money.
The best investment pa rin ay pag invest sa sarili para matuto.
Pwede ka naman matuto humawak ng sarili mo na pera.
Kung may tamang trading approach ka ay rewarding naman ang trading.
Kapag mali ang approach mo ay talagang masusunugan ka ng pera din.
