Umakyat up to 6,600 ang PSEI natin then went down sa 6,000.
Yung galaw niya na yun ay gumawa, gumagawa at gagawa ng pattern which you can trade.
If you can just step out of the box ay makikita mo na aside sa mga outliers which does not move with the general market, most ay nakikisabay sa overall market movements.
Let me show you na lang sa chart.
Bumagsak noon si market then umakyat tapos ngayon ay bumagsak na naman.
Yang galaw ni market na yan ay nagfoform yan ng swing high.
Ang swing high niya na yun ay nagiging resistance which is also a neckline.
Bakit neckline? Neckline kasi ang overall na up and down galaw ni market ay nagfoform ng double bottom pattern.
Double Bottom Pattern is a bullish reversal pattern.
You can plot double bottom chart pattern at makikita mo na yan ang pattern na meron ang halos lahat na stocks or at least majority ng stocks ngayon.
Its because of the market’s overall movement lately.
Let me show you different stock chart examples:

Okay so how will this idea help you? Ano ang tip?
Maghanap ka ng mga stocks na may double bottom chart pattern at abangan mo na mabreak ang neckline.
Entry ka sa neckline breakout at maglagay ng cutloss point below the right bottom.
Yung hanapin mo ay mga stocks na may short or malapit na double bottom kasi meron din naman yung mahahaba or malalaki na double bottom pattern which would take a lot of uptrend pa para magkabreakout.
Ang mahalaga na dapat mong tandaan ay nasa breakout ng neckline ang entry at hindi sa bottom or gitna.
I made the same tip noon nung panay bagsak din ng overall market pero narrow range naman ang ginagawa wgich formed a lot of Falling Wedges na pattern.
Ang dami din na mga traders ang kumita using that idea.
