Okay Ba Na Investment Ang REIT?
We received an email asking if REIT is a good investment.
Well, una muna ay ANO BA ANG GOOD INVESTMENT para sayo?
The reason I asked this ay may mga panay lang invest kasi just for the sake na may investments sila.
Let me give you a visual example using a chart.
Nag-invest sa FILINVEST REIT above 7 pesos. Ngayon ang FILINVEST REIT ay 3 pesos na lang. Nakakakuha nga ng dividends pero overall eh talo naman ang pera mo.
Do you see that as a good investment? I don’t think so.
The same goes sa Dividend Stock.
Nag-invest kay LTG kasi may DIVIDENDS.
May dividends nga malaki naman ang loss. Kahit pagsamahin pa buong dividends na nakuha ay malaki pa din ang talo.

Balik tayo sa REIT.
Hindi lahat ng REIT ay good investment. May bad reit investment at meron naman good reit investment. Nakita mo na ang bad reit investment sa taas. Heto naman ang good reit investment.
You are earning two ways. Kumikita ka sa dividends ng REIT at kumikita ka sa capital appreciation.
Hindi ka nakaupo at umaasa sa himala.
May point of entry ka at point of exit.
