Read This If You Are Buying/Investing in Just One Stock!
No one truly talks about this but sobrang daming traders and investors na isang stock lang ang hawak.
They buy a stock then they keep adding/buying shares kapag may pera sila.
They came to love the stock.
Wala na silang nakikita pa na mas better kesa sa stock na yun.
One of two things happen to investors and traders na ganito ang approach.
Either they go down and lose everything kapag tuluyang bumagsak ang price ng stock kung saan sila bumodega or they earn a lot once umangat ang price ng stock na pinagbodegahan nila.
Lets say bumodega ka kay stock A at 3 pesos. Bumagsak sa 2 pesos. You keep adding tuwing may pera ka. Bumagsak pa ulit sa 1 peso. You keep adding pa ulit.
5 years later ay umangat si stock A sa 50 pesos.
Kumita ka ng 10 Million pesos.
Happy ending.

Well, not really.
Why?
Kasi hindi naman titigil ang mundo mo after 5 years.
After earning 10 Million pesos, ano sa tingin mo ang gagawin mo?

No. Ang gagawin mo ay hahanap ka na naman ng stock na pagbobodegahan. Babagsak na naman ang stock na yun at mag-aadd ka na naman. Babagsak pa further at magdadagdag ka pa lalo.
This time instead umakyat ay lalo pang bumagsak.
You are down almost 80 percent na at wala ka na halos pambili.
Nakakalungkot diba?
Well, go and ask yung may over 50 percent na mga loss.
Hindi naman yan sila panay losses lang noon. At one point ay kumita din yan sila sa mga diskarte nila sa trading/investing.
Kung bumobodega ka sa iisang stock lang ay just know na may chance na tama ka at kumita ka sa pinagbobodegahan mo na yan but all it takes for you to lose everything ay isang maling stock lang na mapagbodegahan.
You can be successful sa 9 consecutive mo na pinagbidegahan pero all it takees ay isang maling stock lang and you will lose most or your money.
Hindi yan theory.
