MACD
Reliable ba ang MACD?
Depende sa definition mo ng “reliable.”
MACD uses two EMAs.
you get MACD LINE by subtracting the longer moving average from the shorter one
MACD Line: (12-day EMA - 26-day EMA)
Signal Line: 9-day EMA of MACD Line
MACD tells you the difference of a shorter EMA from a longer EMA.
Kapag ang shorter EMA ay mas mataas sa longer EMA ay positive ang MACD. As the shorter EMA’s price go up ay umaakyat din ang value ng MACD which pagdating sa chart ay umaakyat na line ang nakikita mo.
Kapag umaakyat ang price ay umaakyat ang value ng MACD. Blue line goes up.
Kapag bumabagsak ang price ay bumabagsak din ang value ng MACD. Blue line goes down.
You can rely on MACD to tell you if umaakyat ba or bumabagsak ang EMAs.
If you use MACD as a tool to buy and sell ay hindi siya reliable since hindi naman yun ang gamit niya. Its like using a fork para humigop ng soup.
You can use it as part of your system which means may ibang technical tool ka pa na gamit at parang some sort of confirmation mo lang si MACD.
Technical Indicators are reliable if user properly. If you force them to do something they cannot then hindi sila magiging reliable.
