Self-Sabotage In Trading!
One of the biggest problems na meron ang mga traders sa trading ay yung pagseself-sabotage.
Let me give you an example.
Lets say bumili ka ng PLUS sa 10 pesos.
It went up sa 15 pesos.
Nakita mo ang post ng isang trader na “takbuhan na babagsak na ito!”
Kinabahan ka na pera na maging bato pa. Nagbenta ka.
After two weeks ay nakita mo na nasa 23 pesos na ang PLUS kaya malaking pagsisi ang ginawa mo.
You are full o regrets and ano ang gagawin mo?
You won’t be buying PLUS kasi “ang mahal” na niya.
Naghahanap ka ngayon ng stock na “the next PLUS.”
Once mahanap mo ito ay hinding-hindi mo na papakawalan.
Nakita mo si APL. Binili mo ngayon si APL.
Bumagsak na si APL ay ayaw mo pakawalan kasi “naranasan ko na maiwan dati and never na ulit mangyayare yun” na idea ang nasa mind mo.
That is just one example. Here is another.
You were doing Peso Cost Averaging.
Halos 6 months mo na itong ginagawa at halos nagbibreakeven lang ang port mo.
May stocks na panalo at may stocks na talo.
One day ay nakita mo na pinag-uusapan ng mga traders ang SGP as the NEXT BIG THING!
Binenta mo ang mga hawak mo at nag-all in ka kay SGP.
After two weeks ay down na ang port mo by 30 percent.
Nagsisisi ka ngayon.
“Kung sana di ko na lang ito ginawa!”
You sold your SGP shares at bumalik ka sa Peso Cost Averaging.
Sobrang dami pa ng examples on how you sabotage yourself sa trading.
May revenge trading. May fear trading. Marami pang iba.
Kung wala kang guidance ay ganyan ang nangyayare sayo kasi lahat ng decision-making mo ay sarili mo lang din ang may gawa. Walang structure ang trading journey mo on what to do and what not to do kaya open ka palagi na isabotahe ang sarili mo. Hindi mo macontrol ang emotions mo kaya whatever you feel like doing ay nagagawa mo which ang kadalasan na ending ay either sunog ka, ipit or wiped out.
Stop sabotaging yourself. Let us give your trading journey a great structure.
