Technical Analysis Is Nonsense!

Now, tell me, if technical analysis is such a useless thing ay bakit I do have those gains week after week?

You cannot edit global market ports so bakit ganyan ang results ng trades ko kung useless ang technical analysis?

Chamba? Di naman pwedeng chumamba ng ilang weeks na diba?

Well, I learned trading before I learned technical analysis.

I learned trading before I learned fundamental analysis.

Yes, I do have a background on fundamnetal analysis and I have The BOSS BOOK (Book Of Secrets) that teaches fundamental analysis.

I learned trading before all of that.

There are basic rules and principles about trading na kapag naviolate ng technical analysis or fundamental analysis ay nagiging useless ang mga ito.

Let me just give you an example para mas maintindihan mo ang sinasabe ko.

Isang basic principle ng trading ay unpredictability.

No one can predict the future.

Walang nakakapredict with100 percent certainty kung ano ang mangyayare bukas sa stock, forex pair or coin price.

There are far too many trading participants making buy and sell order with their own reasons for buying and selling for the price to be predicted.

So, no one can predict the future.

Core principle yan.

Now, lets say inaral mo ang fundamental analysis.

Napag alaman mo na earnings ang basehan if maganda or panget ang isang stock.

You see a stock na may magandang earnings report. You buy it kasi aakyat ito sa tingin mo dahil nga malaki ang earnings ng business behind that stock.

This approach right here violates a core principle of trading na walang nakakpredict ng future.

You tried ipredict ang future price based on good earnings.

The same goes sa mga good news or bad news.

Now, let’s take technical analysis naman.

You plot an MA(moving avergae) and kapag nagbreakout ang price sa MA ay bibili ka kasi nga any break sa MA acting as resistance ay sign na aakyat ang price.

Yung gamit mo ng technical analysis sa case na ito violates a core principle ng trading na walang nakakapredict ng future.

You never know what will really happen after ng breakout. Kaya nga may mga false breakout na term.

It can go up after a breakout or it can go back down. You never know kasi di mo mapipredict ang future.

Let’s take another example.

Those that use Elliot Waves and try ipredict ano ang mangyayare next.

Nasa wave 2 na so wave 3 na ang next.

Wave 3 ang pinakamahabang pag akyat ng price sa Elliot Wave.

I do have a book about Elliot Wave as well so I do know Elliott Wave well.

If you try to use Elliot Wave to predict the future ay naviolate mo ang core principle ng trading.

Technical Analyses Are Useless

They are not useless. Technical Analysis man yan or Fundamental Analysis.

Mali lang ang pag gamit mo kasi hindi mo naiintindihan how trading works or how stock market works.

Yes, a gun is a gun.

It can kill people or animals faster than a knife.

It’s a better killing machine than a knife pero di mo ito pwedeng gamitin to slice a chicken para magluto.

A car is faster than a bicycle.

Di mo ito magagamit sa eskinita or mabuhat accross a sea of people walking.

Technical Analysis should be used in accordance with how the market works.

Di nga napipredict ang future tapos gamit mo sa TA mo eh pang predict ng future?

“Kapag RSI 30 ay aakyat na yan kasi oversold.”

Nope. Hindi ganyan ang gamit ng RSI.
