The Illusion in Trading!

Kuha ka ng coin.

You call heads or tails.

You flip the coin.

Let’s say tails ang napili mo.

You flipped the coin at tails ang lumabas.

How do you interpret that?

Nakadepende sa knowledge mo about probability ang sagot.

Most would say “I predicted it na tails ang lalabas.”

I am blogging about this topic kasi the same thing is happening sa trading with regards to newbie traders.

They think na napipredict nila ang mangyayare sa stock price.

“Maganda ang earnings…aangat ito.”

“Sobrang solid ng mga projects…aangat ito.”

“Walang income at basura..babagsak ito.”

Let us go back sa coin toss.

Just because tama ang call mo sa tails na outcome does not mean napredict mo siya.

There are just limited outcomes to choose from.

Heads lang at tails kaya either tatama ka or mali ka.

Hindi yun prediction.

The same goes sa trading. Limited outcomes lang ang meron sa isang trade. It can either be a win or a loss.

Either aangat ang price or babagsak.

Once umayon sayo ang trade does not mean napredict mo ito.

Some trades you win and some of them you lose.

Ganyan lang ang trading.

Your whole trading approach must revolve around that idea kung nais mong magkaroon ng chance at any success.

Sobrang worth it matutong magtrade ng tama.
