I want to talk about the difference between those who understand trading from those who do not.
I will show you a chart and based sa reaction mo ay alam ko kung naiintindihan mo nga ang ginagawa mo sa trading world or hindi.

Ok, baka hindi clear ang idea sa chart. Heto na lang.
Ano ang masasabi mo kay MPI?
“Woah…ano meron?”
“Ano ang catalyst?”
“Anong news meron?”
“Sino nagtulak?”
“Net foreign buy ba?”
“May dividend ba?”
“May expansion ba?”
Kung ang sagot mo or reaction ay isa sa mga nasa taas then you quite don’t understand how stock market works….
I know… I know… Its a little bit harsh but hear me out.
Understanding how stock market works and how stock prices move has nothing to do with how long you have been in the market or how knowledgeable are you sa finance.
STOCK MARKET
Kapag sinabe mo na stock market ay combination yan ng lahat na buyers at sellers with different reasons of buying and selling.
Walang single reason na bumibili ang lahat ng trading participant.
Take a look at this.
If MPI has a really great news at lahat naniniwala sa news, bakit me mga nasa ask side?
If MPI is fundamentally great bakit may sellers?
Ito ang arguement ko lagi sa mga nagpupush ng idea na “find good companies” pagdating sa trading.
Ano ba ang mga example ng good companies.
Lets say JFC.
If JFC is so good, bakit may sellers?
Go on… I will wait sa isasagot mo or ng nagsabi sayo na “find good companies” ang the best approach sa trading.
You will often hear the term UNDERVALUED STOCK.
Hanapin mo ang undervalued stock.
If investing ang purpose mo then you need to rely on fundamentals dahil pangmatagalan na horizon yan. When you invest, you are buying a stock not sa price niya now but sa future niya syempre fundamentals ang pwede mo gawin basehan sa ganun kasi wala namang technicals na pwede magsabi ng manyayare in 10 to 20 years from now.

Sa trading, you cannot bet on one reason alone para sa movement ng stock price.
Balik tayo sa idea kanina. Bakit may sellers if great ang isang company?
Well, may kanya-kanyang reason ang mga buyers at sellers na ito bakit sila bumibili at nagbebenta.
Kung iisa ang reason ng mga yan ay puro buyers lang yan at walang sellers or puro sellers lang yan at walang buyers.
If undervalued stocks ang the best edi sana wala ng undervalued stocks kasi lahat bumili na ng undervalued making those undervalued stocks not undervalued anymore.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BELIEVE
I always say this sa blogs ko.
Whatever man mabasa mo sa blogs ko are opinions ko lang. This is my blogsite so parang diary ko ito.
You do not need to believe me but just try and let what I’m telling you sink in if may sense ba.
If naiintindihan mo kasi how stock market moves and ano ang proper na approach sa trading ay never ka maghahanap ng mga whys.
Di ka magtatanong bakit bumagsak or lumipad ang isang stock. Di ka maghahanap ng news. Di ka maghahanap ng catalyst.
Mas may peace of mind ka. Di mo nga kailangan na tumambay sa mga platforms at facebook groups na uso ang hype. Yung Trader’s Den group namin sa Facebook ay mahigit 100,000 members yun pero walang naghahype doon ni isa.
Trader ka. You should be able to trade independently.
Hindi ka reliant sa hype. Hindi ka reliant sa news. hindi ka reliant sa catalyst. Hindi ka reliant sa fundamentals.
May peace of mind ka.
Walang kang need sa opinion ng iba kung tataas ba or aangat sa tingin nila ang stock na hawak mo.

Paano mo malalaman if mali ang approach mo sa trading?
Simple lang. Take a good look at your losses. If may loss ka na 10% or higher……
