Truth About SPNEC And Its SRO

May upcoming SRO ang SPNEC to help finance their projects.

SRO are shares sold or offered to current shareholders. Ang kinaiba nito sa FOO ay yung may hawak lang ng SPNEC stock ang pwede mag avail.

Sa bawat 1.28 shares na hawak mo ng SPNEC ay pwede ka mag avail ng 1 share sa SRO.

Entitled ka as long as may SPNEC shares ka before AUG 22.

Earliest na pwede mo madispose ang SPNEC shares mo na entitled ka mpa rin sa SRO ay AUG 22.

Yan ang basic.

Now, naglabas ng info ang PSE/SPNEC na 1.5 pesos ang SRO price.

As of writing ay 1.72 pesos ang price ni SPNEC.

Ano ba meaning nito sayo if stockholder ka?

Lets say umorder ka ng PIZZA at may 4 na slice ito. Isang slice ang hawak mo.

The moment na magkaroon ng SRO ay the same PIZZA pero instead 4 na slice ay 8 slices na. Isa pa din ang hawak mo pero di na kasinlaki nung 4 pa lang ang slice.

DIlluted na.

Para maging ganun ulit kalaki nung 4 pa lang ang slice ay kailangan mo bumili ng isa pang slice meaning 2 slices ang dapat meron ka para same ang size mo like before nung 4 pa lang ang slice.

Sa short term ampanget syempre dahil nabawasan slice mo pero may dahilan sila bakit nila ginawa yun.

Kailangan nila ng pera para mafinance ang mga future projects nila.

SRO leads to dilution, which results in a decrease of an existing stockholder’s ownership percentage of that company. Another thing to consider is that the company’s earnings per share decreases as the allocated earnings result in share dilution

If trader ka ay maiisipan mo talaga magbenta kasi nga mababawasan value ng shares mo once dumamai na ang shares through SRO.

If investor ka ay dapat bumili ka para di ka madillute. If investor ka this is a good thing kasi alam mo na gumagalaw ang company at may ififinance na new project.

Normally yan bumabagsak ang stock price kapag may SRO.

Yan kadalasan nangyayare but di naman yan 100 percent certain.

Game of probabilities pa din ang stock market.

I remember CHP. Nag IPO sa 10.75 pesos noong 2016.

4 years later nag SRO sa 1.54 pesos.

Sa case ni SPNEC if nag avail ka IPO sa 1 peso ay malaki padin naman gain mo sa ngayon if nihold mo.

This will all go down to ano purpose mo sa pagbili ng SPNEC. If pangtrade lang ay malamang eexit ka. I think kita naman yan sa price now ni SPNEC na down.

If investor ka then temporary correction lang ito for you and what interest you more ay yung project na mabubuo mula SRO money.

I have no SPNEC shares kaya I’m objective. I buy stocks based sa strategy ko and not sa news or future growth ng company.
