Volume Ruins a Lot of Careers in Trading! (Trading’s Dark Secret Is Finally Out)
Kapag newbie ka ay maiisip mo na “volume is key” sa trading.
“Kailangan ng price ang volume.”
“Kailangan ng successful breakout ang volume.”
“Volume precedes price action”
“Volume is the best filter.”
Volume means a lot to you kasi nga newbie ka pa.
Kapag tama ang approach mo sa trading ay eventually marerealize mo na volume is not really what its hyped out to be.
Kapag naman mali ang approach mo sa trading ay you will still look at volume the same and its going to cause you your career.
If you look at volume as a leading indicator then may mali sa understanding mo on what volume is.
I have seen so many traders treat volume as some telltale sign of what’s going to come tapos nag-eend up lang sila na naiipit, with huge losses or totally ay nawawipeout.
Kapag nagkaroon ng unusual price movement ay nagkakaroon din ng huge volume spike. Ang volume ay after effect ng price movement at hindi siya reason for that price movement.
Lets say si stock A ay nagbreakout sa 5 year resistance niya with low volume. Si stock B naman ay angbreakout sa resistance niya with explosive volume.
That does not mean na si stock A ay magiging failed breakout at si stock B ay magiging successful breakout.
Ikaw lang as a trader ang nag-iisip or nag-aassume niyan.
Anything can still happen kay stock A and B.
They can both be a successful breakout. They can both be a failed breakout.
Hindi predictive tool ang volume.
You just lacked the proper trading approach kaya naiisip mo na kayang ipredict ng volume ang future.
Kaya ka naiipit, nasusunog at nawawipeout.
May mga volume-less successful breakouts at mga volume-less trends.
