WHAT IS THE BEST TECHNICAL INDICATOR?
Ano ang best technical indicator? Ano ang pinakareliable sa lahat?
I bet this question entered your mind before.
If there was a reliable indicator then everyone would use it.
If everyone used it, the indicator would no longer be reliable.
Diba?
I remember when traders first learned about MAMA.
It became popular. Everybody started using MAMA.
Simple lang kasi si MAMA at madaling iexecute.
It made a lot of traders money but the problem was that they are treating MAMA as something na nagpipredict ng future.
“Pag pasok sa MAMA ito aangat na ito kaya bibilhin ko na.”
MAMA was not built like that.
Walang indicator na ganun.
Technical indicators don’t tell us what will happen next. They merely indicate or show what is happening now.
Take MACD for example. Ano ba ibig sabihin ng bullish macd cross?
Even RSI, ano ba ibig sabihin ng RSI 30 or RSI 70?
They do not tell you na babagsak or aangat na ang stock. Hindi nila trabaho yun kahit pa sabihin mo na pag RSI 30 ay umaangat na ang mga stock.
Ang trabaho ng RSI ay magsabi na marami na ang nagbebenta kaya oversold na. Paano niya nalaman? Mas marami kasi ang closing price na down ang stock on consecutive days.
Indicators indicate. They do not predict.
“Price action trading can predict.”
Nope. That is one of the biggest lie sa trading community.
Walang nakakapredict ng future.
Walang nakakapredict ng mangyayare sa future.
Umaayon lang minsan ang eductaed guess ng traders at minsan naman ay hindi.
What you do kapag hindi umayon sa guess mo ang market will determine if tatagal ka sa trading or not.
Once marealize ng trader na walang best na trading indicator yung sunod nila na iniisip ay differet trading style yung key sa success.
Kadalasan ay hindi sila nagsusucceed sa short term trades kaya lumilipat sila sa either swing trading, position trading or tuluyan nang nagiging investor not by choice but dahil naipit.
Yung key kasi sa success sa kahit anong trading style ay yung trading system.
May plan ka kapag umayon sayo ang market. May plan ka kapag di umayon sayo ang market.
You operate on a rule-based system.
Most do not engage in Day Trading and Scalping dahil mahirap at may past experience sila ng pagkakatalo at pagkakaipit sa ganun na form of trading.
Day Trading and Scalping are good forms of trading, ang problema lang ay kadalasan walang proper system ang isang trader to deal with fast-paced action.

Any other form of trading ay madedelay k na makasakay or makita ito. That is perfectly fine kasi a missed opportunity is only affects your earning potential at hindi nababawasan ang pera mo. Unlike sa loss na nakakabawas ng port. Di nauubusan ng opportunity ang market.
With that said, if Day Trader ka or Scalper ay may chance ka na makasali sa move ni XYZ na yun.
You do not need to be a Day Trader or a Scalper 365 days a year if hindi mo trip or wala kang time but when opportunity presents themselves ay may huhugutin ka na move if may idea ka sa scalping and day trading.
Does that make sense?
That makes you a versatile trader.
Di ka naghahanap but if may pagkakataon ay alam mo ang gagawin.
May mga trader na gusto talaga maging scalper or day trader dahil ayaw nila na may open position sila kapag close ang market. Meron na man na gusto swing lang at position.
