I have seen a lot of traders send us emails, messages, etc about their losing port or some losing ports na nakita nila sa mga groups at social medias.

Why Do They Lose So Much?

Yung kwento ng mga natatalo ay laging ganito.

May nakita silang stock na maganda. Either narinig nila sa reco at hype or sila mismo ang nakakita based sa pagreseacrh nila. Anuman ang means or reason ay iisa ang clear–nakita nila ang stock at sa tingin nila ay maganda itong bilhin. They buy the stock. They feel good. Umakyat ang stock at mas lalong gumada ang pakiramdam nila sa decision nila. Then for whatever reason ay bumagsak ang stock. They held on sa stock at yung iba ay nag add pa ng shares. Some months or years after ay they are left with ports na may malalaking losses wondering where did they go wrong and hoping na makarecover ang port nila somehow.

MARKET GAVE THEM LOSSES YET THEY CHOSE TO LOSE THAT MUCH

For some reason ay bumagsak ang nabili nila na stock. It can be dahil may sell-off, may bad news, etc.

Those things happen. Its normal na magkaroon ng loss sa trading.

There is nothing weird or surprising sa losses.

As long na nasa stock market ka ay magkakaroon ka talaga ng losses.

Losses are normal yet huge losses are not.

Para magkaloss ka ng malaki ay it involves a decision-making or a choice from you to let your losses grow. Yung huge losses ay self-inflicted yan.

Walang trader na nagkakaloss ng malalaki without their consent.

Take a look at this port.

Bago pa umabot sa 50 percent ang loss nito sa MONDE ay nakailang beses na siya nagkaroon ng chance na ibenta ang MONDE.

Baka by 7 percent or 10 percent loss pa lang ay naibenta na niya ito but chose not to.

There are a lot of deeper underlying reasons why a trader or an investor would chose not to sell their losing positions early.

One thing is clear.

Choice nila na hayaan lumaki ang losses nila.

Why are they losing too much?

Kasi they chose to.

Yan ang beauty ng pagkakaroon ng choice.

If kaya mong ichoose na maglose ka too much ay kaya mo rin ichoose na hindi.

Losing small is also a choice.

Its not going to be easy kasi malaking mental shift ang gagawin mo at need mo mag unlearn ng mga dati mong alam na ideas at principle sa trading pero super doable ito.

I have seen a lot of traders wipe out their account several times and ended up recovering their account at nagkaroon ng consistent na income sa mga trades nila.
