Analysis Vs Trading

If you keep trying to sound smart sa trading ay pang “analyst” na path ang tinatahak mo.

Malaki ang difference ng magaling mag-analyze ng market compared sa maayos magtrade.

Let me give you an example.

Kunyare ang price ni JFC ngayon ay 200 pesos.

They plan to build more branches to increase sales and profit in 5 years.

Sobrang ganda ng news na yan.

JFC is poised to go up sa 400 pesos in 5 years.

What JFC will supposedly do in 5 years has nothing to do with what JFC will do tomorrow. It can go to 400 pesos in 5 years pero this week ay pwedeng bumagsak yan sa 190 pesos.

Lets say after 4 years nagkaroon ng issue ang mga food sa Jollibee. Sobrang laki ng issue na talagang ayaw na ng mga Pinoy kumain sa Jollibee. Ano sa tingin mo ang mangyayare?
