Indicator Or Price Action?

Walang single magical indicator na magbibigay sayo ng puro wins.

Tool lang ang indicators.

Ang trabaho nila ay mas magpakita sayo kung ano ang nangyayare.

It helps with visualization.

Kung candlestick chart ang gamit mo at pure price action ang approach mo ay medyo mahihirapan kang when it comes to visualization that would lead to unclear trading rules din.

For example, if your strategy is “buy when price makes two higher lows”. The premise behind this strategy would be something like “there’s enough of a sign that we’re going to reverse, then it’s time to buy”. But what is a “higher low”? Is it just two candles in a row that both have higher highs and lows? What if the candles are abnormally short or long? Is it two larger “pushes” that have higher highs and lows? However, if the same premise of this strategy were defined by EMA, it might be “buy when a candle closes above EMA”. Much easier to define.

Walang best na tool. Walang perfect tool.

You should use the tool that you are comfortable with while maintaining an objective view sa iba’t-ibang tools.

Tandaan mo na wala naman may nakakapredict ng galaw ni market.

The easier your trading system is ay mas better pagdating sa mga trading decisions mo.

Price action man or indicator or both ang gamit mo ay hindi naman niyan nila napipredict ang future. Tools lang sila.

Learn them all and use what you feel comfortable with.
