When Price Action Fail?

Malinis na chart. Price action is king.

All you need is price. Lahat ng kailangan mo malaman ay nasa price na.

Ito yung belief ng maraming price action traders.

Let me show you a chart.

Kung naidentify mo ang support at bumili ka doon sa MED na stock then nagbenta sa break ng trendline support ay may mahigit 50 percent ka na gain.

Yan ang sinasabe ng price action.

The problem is….

Walang volume si MED.

“Price action must be supported by volume. That is a given.”

You could say that. So, given na yung volume dapat?

Parang yung K sa knife na silent pero anjan na dapat matic.

Hahaha!

Paano kapag may malaking volume siya pero 3 lang yung trades? May isang buyer lang na bumili ng 100 Million shares?

Paano kapag 100 Million shares siya at maraming buyer pero 800,000 pesos lang ang value nito?

Price action is king pa din ba?

Yung hammer na may confirmation candle ay reversal pa din ba?

Yung breakout sa trendlines ay tamang entry pa din ba?

This is one of the reason why price action traders fail.

They lack context. Yung idea nila na price is king lacks context.

Hindi pwedeng volume lang ang idadagdag mo at buo na yung idea. Paano yung value? Paano kapag 2 lang number ng trades?

Let me show you something.

Ignore yung words. Focus sa port.

Paano niya nalaman na pwedeng iscalp ang stock na yun? Ano ang meron sa stock na yun?

Alin ang dapat at di dapat iscalp or idaytrade?

Lahat ba ng reversal candle with confirmation ay dapat itrade? If not then paano mo mafifilter ang pwede at hindi pwede?

Fibonacci retracement is a great tool.

It ignores time at nagfofocus lang sa price.

Maraming price action traders ang gumagamit ng fibonacci retracement.

If you plot fibonacci retracement based sa price alone ay magfafail ka. If lahat ng low at high nilagyan mo ng fibonacci retracement at nitrade ay mauubos pera mo.

So, ano? Paano?
