Well, if naaalala mo pa ay may naserve na demand letter ang PLDT kay DITO.
“DITO has 30 days from receipt of the Notice of Material Breach, or until November 4, 2022, to remedy the breach and pay the P429.7 million owed to PLDT, otherwise PLDT will exercise all of its rights under law and contract to protect its interests, including suspension or termination of the parties’ service agreement,” it said.

Yung keyword ay UNTIL SUCH TIME COMPLIANCE WITH THE SAID ORDINANCE IS MET.
Our country rely on taxes to fund all its expenditures. Yung mga ganitong issue ay nareresolve yan. If babasahin mo ang news nga ay taon na ang binilang at ilang beses na itong naiakyat sa Makati Regional Trial Court so this will end in some kind of agreement or settlement.
TEL is way too big to fail on this one.
