SPNEC VS DITO

SPNEC made this disclosure.

What does this mean?

Nothing really. NagpaSRO sila then naging successful ang SRO.

If di nafully subscribed ng shareholders yun ay sila din bibili mismo gaya nung ginawa ni PHES.

Even CHP had a fully subscribed SRO noon.

Ang kinaiba lang ay nag IPO siya sa 10.75 pesos then some years later ay nag SRO sa 1.54 pesos.

While si SPNEC nag IPO sa 1 peso at nag SRO sa 1.5 pesos.

One could argue na may kinaiba sila sa timing kasi after IPO ay nag SRO ang SPNEC kung saan mataas ang price nito while CHP waited few years kung saan mababa na price nito.

Balik sa SPNEC.

No trader should hype the “fully subscribed” status ng SRO kasi hindi na nga dapat nag SRO yan sila in the first place if the money is there. Kaka IPO pa lang eh. The money should be there.

I guess they are taking on projects that are way too big para sa pera na meron sila currently. It reminds me of DITO in a way. Yung kinaiba lang ay beloved ang May ari ng SPNEC and hated ang may ari ng DITO.

They both ventured on something na capital-intensive projects na expected na yung walang earnings agad.

You should not hype yung pagkafully subscribed ni SPNEC if holder ka and hindi mo din pwede ibash ang pagbagsak ng price ni SPNEC if basher ka kasi as per history eh ganyan ang nangyayare after asn SRO. May mga facts to back that up.

If gumanda ang mga projects ni SPNEC its a win for the people. If gumanda ang DITO ay win din yun sa mga tao.

Wala naman shorting sa Pinas para sa retailer so wala ka din mapapala monetary-wise if ibash mo silang dalawa aside dun sa pagfeed ng ego mo na tama ka at mali yung iba.

Wala akong SPNEC na hawak. Wala akong DITO na hawak.
