DITO Problems (What We May Fail To See Right Away)

Ok, if di mo gets ano ang latest na problema ng DITO ay basahin mo muna ito:

“DITO has 30 days from receipt of the Notice of Material Breach, or until November 4, 2022, to remedy the breach and pay the P429.7 million owed to PLDT, otherwise PLDT will exercise all of its rights under law and contract to protect its interests, including suspension or termination of the parties’ service agreement.”

Hindi normal na dinidisclose even though material information siya kasi a month ago or some weeks ago ay inilabas na ito sa media/public.

Then DITO said this:

“Lastly, PLDT violates the parties’ confidentiality agreement for the unwarranted disclosure because it was made without prior written notice to and/or written consent of DITO as required in the contract.”

As I said earlier na paulit-ulit na lang ang issue until that disclosure.

That disclosure was the last piece ng puzzle for me to come up with the conclusion na there seems to be a legitimate fear sa mga malalaking TELCO sa success or potential success ni DITO.

I have not seen this noon but maliwanag na ngayon.

Do not get me wrong na iisipin mong reco ito kasi wala akong DITO and I wont be buying DITO unless pumasok sa strategy ko. Clear yan simula’t sapul.

They are really afraid of what DITO could be.

Think about it.

Why would anybody go to so much trouble na pigilan si DITO.

Mula sa pagleak ng cancelled SRO to bank loan default scare to screaming sa mundo na madaming utang ang DITO to pushing for DITO to pay up.

430 Million is a huge amount for you and me but do not be fooled if iisipin mo na DITO have no means to pay up. Simpleng SRO lang would generate Billions.

Now, its very clear.

THEY ARE VERY THREATHENED BY DITO.

Kaliwa’t kanan ang binabato kay DITO at Dennis Uy.

Look at PHA at ang issue sa Squidpay.

Mas grabe yun but wala kang makikitang sampung article or news regarding it.

May news siya but isang araw or max na dalawang araw lang pinag usapan.

PAL nagfile ng bankruptcy wala naman maraming news stating na walang pera ang PAL at puno ng utang.

If holder ka ng DITO then you should see na they do not just see DITO as a small time telco company. Look at NOW at CNVRG. No one is going after them this hard and this much.

If DITO is not a threat ay di yan sila magsasayang ng oras but look what is happening now.

I have no data or stats but maybe its possible na dumadami na rin talaga ang customers ni DITO on a national level that it scares others of what it can potentially become.

Let that idea sink in.

Would I buy DITO? Heck no! No dahil I trade based sa technical analysis but hindi no dahil may umaatake sa kaniya and nadadala ako ng mga negatove news.

If holder ka then remember mo bakit ka nag invest kay DITO in the first place. Dahil ba sa growth at future or dahil inaakala mo na yung mga competitor ni DITO ay hahayaan na lang siya na lumaki without any resistance?

If trader ka naman then enter and exit based on your trading signals.
